AdSense New Feature Allows Changing Font Size of Ad Text
After introducing an AdSense feature that lets users to change the font faces of ad units, Google has rolled out an another feature related to the aforementioned feature only. The newly launched feature allows users to change the font size of the text in AdSense ad units. Users are given three options to choose from – small, medium and large.
The Inside AdSense blog puts forward a few important things to be remembered when changing the font size of AdSense ad units. They are:
- Ad titles will be scaled.
- Font size can be applied to the body of the ad.
- There will be a different font size for each format size, browser, font face and OS settings on the user side.
- The font size application will vary as per the space available in the ad units.

Google has also announced that the default font size of all the AdSense units will get converted to “medium†size, which is currently set at “small†size. This move is a response to the publisher feedbacks that said the font size of the text is too small and larger font size helps to improve ad performance.
In order to change the font size of the ad settings, the user needs to go his account’s Ad Display Preference and choose the font size that he/she wants to have. The font size can be changed across across all the AdSense ad units or in a special ad unit only!
