The top search engine, Google has been rated as ‘Unsatisfactory’ by the Better Business Bureaus (BBB) recently, as the customers are not getting satisfactory response to their complaints. Though, Google is not accredited to BBB, it has a record on the BBB files that says, Google has overlooked a number of concerns of its customers. However, Google has been able to take care of many of the concerns, still it needs to focus on its myriad of responsibilities towards its users.

According to BBB, “Based on BBB files, this company has an unsatisfactory record with the BBB due to failure to respond to one or more complaints and or two or more otherwise unresolved complaints. However the business has resolved most complaints presented to the bureau. When considering complaint information, please take into account the company’s size and volume of transactions, and understand that the nature of complaints and a firm’s responses to them are often more important than the number of complaints. The BBB processed a total of 333 complaints about this company in the last 36 months, our standard reporting period. Of the total of 333 complaints closed in 36 months, 125 were closed in the last year.”
