Google Image Search Launches ‘Search-By-Style’ Option
Google added clip art and line drawings to their image search criteria in order to help users in their search queries. Now, users don’t have to browse through thousands of images to find that ultimate clip art needed to complete their search.
Just choose the style criterion from the drop-down on an image results page in order to restrict your search to either line drawings, clip art, photos or faces.
According to the official Google Blog, “Today we’re pleased to extend this capability to clip art and line drawings. To see the effect of these new options, let’s take a look at the first few results for “Christmas,” one of our most popular queries on Image Search right now.â€

“So whether you’re interested in holiday wreaths, Celtic patterns, or office clip art, it just became a lot easier to find the images you’re looking for.†– Google
